TRID Wheel

1. The TRID instantly determines earliest consummation date.

2. The TRID Wheel can also be used as an instant tool to estimate required closing days by working backwards on the wheel, thus allowing the realtors to write a more realistic contract with the consumers.

3. One can easily show why adding an additional 10 – 15 days into closing is going to be helpful. According to the most recent survey by NAR, 55.9% of the realtors plan to change their purchase agreements to reflect a longer timeline.
