Receipt of the inquiry
W Discussion about available resources and assignment of a project manager to the project
O Analysis of the document so that a quotation can be calculated
R Sending of the quotation to the customer
KIf quotation is accepted, assignment of one or various translator(s) to the project, depending on the target languages the customer ordered
FTranslation of the document, in case of questions: consultation with the project manager and if necessary, with the customer
L Proof-reading
O Sending of the document to the customer
W Analysis of the customer‘s satisfaction
