Subject: llast round of counseling for admission to IIDS in private UnaidedDental Colleges and those under deemed university in the State.

Kindly refer to the subject cited above.

I am directed to inform you that Government has decided that the last

round of counLseling to fill up the vacant seats in Private Ljnaided Dental institutions

including MahLarishi Markendeshwar College of Dental Sciences & Research Mullana,

Ambala under Maharishi Markendeshwar University will be held on 07.10.2016, 9.00

AM onwards as per the following:-

1. Iiligible NEET qualified candidates shall be allo'wed to register/mark their

attendance at Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak from

9'.00 AM on 05.10.2016 till 6.00 PM on 06.10.2016 [Under no

circumstances attendance will allowed beyond 6:C)0 PM on 06/l 0l16l.

2. f'he counseling shall starr at sharp 9.00 AM on 07.10.2016.

3. f'he counseling shall be conducted by the AdmiLssion Committee already

flormed for the counseling process at Pt. B.D ShaLnna University of Health

by way of Centralized Counseling process for all Lhe Private Institutes.

4. f'he merit for vacantiremaining seats may be drarvn first from amongst the

candidates who are NEET qualified and registerred on web portal of the

Llniversity followed by candidates of All India Open Merir of NEET-2016.

[All the candidates registered or not on the admission web portal will have

to register themselves again at Pt. B.D Sharnna University of Health

Sciences, Rohtak by way of marking attendance].

5. 1,. help desk be created with a dedicated telephone number and officials

on fixed duty for all the 3 days i.e 5/l 0l16 to 7lfiil16 during the designated

hours for all queries related to admission process.

6. T'he entire process shall be videographed.
