We, Ivan V. PETRENKO and Oksana V. PETRENKO, declare that we are the parents and lawful guardians of minor Petro P. PETRENKO, male, born on December 1, 1990 in Kyiv,

And we hereby approve his travel to the United Kingdom to study at London School of Business and Finance from October 1, 2012 to October 31, 3012, for which we agree to pay.

Our child will travel with his grandmother, Nataliya A. PETRENKO, who represents and warrants that she will use every effort to protect our child abroad and will ensure his timely return to Ukraine upon the end of his stay in the United Kingdom. Nataliya A. PETRENKO is further authorized to act for us according to her best judgment in any emergency.

We further represent and warrant that our child has a valid passport allowing him to travel abroad in accordance with applicable legal requirements and that he is free to travel abroad subject to Section 6 of Ukrainian Border Crossing Act and that we know of no legal impediment fro him to do so.
