study problem is to answer the following question:
what is the check in the system of punishment procedures in
Saudi Arabia in comparison to the criminal procedures law in Egypt
? what is its results if it is benefit able ?
Research Importance: the importance of it as follows : 1) The
importance of the matter in the discussion , checking as a very
related matter to proving the truth , enrichment of the security
library with a new security study in the matter of checking in all
stages of the case in the system of punishments in Saudi Arabia
.
2) The results of the search may participate in the study of
other researches in the same matter to deal with the little
defaults in that system .
Research Objectives : this search aims to : 1. Identifying the
range and the procedures of the checking in the
different stages of the case 2. Identifying the guarantees of
the correct checking , and restricts on it . 3. Evaluating the
checking in the punishment system in Saudi Arabia .

4. Identifying the sides of differences and similarities between
the checking system in punishments system in Saudi Arabia and the
law of criminal procedures in Egypt .
Research Hypotheses/ Questions : of the search : this search
aims to answer the following questions :
1) what is the range and the procedures of the checking in the
different stages of the case ?
2) what are the guarantees of the correct checking , and
restricts on it ? 3) what are the passive points and the negative
ones of the checking in the
punishment system in Saudi Arabia? 4) what are the sides of
differences and similarities between the checking ?
system in punishments system in Saudi Arabia and the law of
criminal procedures in Egypt?
Research Methodology : The researcher had adopted the deductive
method in the theoretical part and the analysis of the content
method in the applied part .
Main Results : 1) The Saudi system had allowed the checking in
the stage of collecting
clues, but it is restricted with some control . it is forbidden
to touch the rights of houses and persons , it is the same in the
Egyptian law .
2) The checking which the police man does in the case of
apparent crimes , and making investigation is not a deductive
procedure .
3) The Saudi system did not identify the certain time of making
the check , it only used the word immediately in the items number (
31) and ( 27 ) that the check must be done immediately . it is the
same in the Egyptian law.
4) The Saudi system gave the investigator identifying the
importance of making a check , but the Egyptian law made it a must
in the clear crime .
5) The Saudi and the Egyptian law makers did not identify how to
make the check , but it is restricted to the general rules of the
criminal procedures .
6) There is difference in the application of the procedural and
practical rules of the check makers , like assigning the repeats
and keeping the technical sides at checking the place of the crime
.
