The Collaborative Tuition Programme (CTP) is jointly organized byChinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), The Eurasian Association, Singapore (EA), Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) and Yayasan MENDAKI. The centres with 'D' offer tuition to students ofall races from Primary 1 to 6. The tuition fee payable byeach student is subject to the amount of subsidy granted bythe respective Self-Help Groups.
