Scope of Work: Divided into 4 phases
› Phase-I:Creation of Ortho Rectified Aerial Photographs
› Phase-II : Creation of Preliminary Land record database (it is core GIS activity)
› Phase-III : Creation of Secondary LRDB (it is core GIS activity)
› Phase-IV : Creation of Final LRDB and in consultation with DOLR & Title owner (it is core GIS activity)

Creation of soft copy maps of land records
Attachment of ownership mutation data to each Khasra
(Plot)
Updation of land records both spatially and Textually
Two Major Components1. Creation of land record
boundaries Map from Ortho Aerial Imagery Boundary capturing from their
actual position Accurate classification of
Land parcels Other features will be
extracted as per their actual shape like Road, rail network, Water body and reserved areas
Topology creation, Labeling and dimensioning of all sides
2. Creation of ROR data from existing textual records ROR (Records of rights)

- If Error Limit is more than Allowable Limit, Then Ground Verification Can be Done

Seamless Land Record Database with ROR data Linked in the form of Preliminary LRDB covering the AOI
Report tables of the land records with their dimensions (beyond the allowable limits); such data shall be highlighted for ground verification or resolution in consultation with DoLR authorities
The detailed soft copy as well as hard copy examination and Quality Control (QC) reports carried out by the team leaders shall be handed over to DOLR for verifications.

dimension beyond the allowable limits shall be verified by:

Field Surveyed Data Checks:› Check to ensure all required information from Field is validated and corrected information is
captured in required format.› Check to ensure that all mandatory fields attribute data is collected.› Collected information is logically correct in terms of their relevance with features.› Complete check to ensure the connectivity and adjacency of the features after proposed
corrections.
Database Updation checks:› Check to ensure all information captured in survey validation and correction will be
updated in secondary LRDB› Check to ensure mandatory dimensions and fields attribute should not be blank› Random check to ensure error free final data.

The detailed soft copy as well as hard copy examination and Quality Control (QC) reports carried out by the team leaders
Generation of ROR along with location map for distribution to the Title owner for his verification of title and its dimensions

The objective of this phase is to create an accurate land record map in consultation with DoLR by resolving the disputes of Title ownerships with the involvement of actual owners as per the ROR datasets and there by creating the final LRDB › Distribution of ROR data for
verification› Correcting in case of
discrepancy in consultation with DOLR Authority
› Creation of Final DB by incorporating all the corrections
