D. Consideration of applications
1. Approval of new Unit
a) Approval for setting up of New Unit as per application submitted vide letter dated 14.06.2016 by M/s.CSS Corp Private Limited, Chennai.
M/s. CSS Corpn Private Limited having its registered address at 6th floor, Ambit IT Park, 32 A&B, Ambit road, Ambatur Industrial Estate, Ambatur, Chennai, vide letter dated 14.06.2016 has submitted an application for setting up of a new Unit in the upcoming “Victor” Building of ITPL SEZ. The Summary proposal is appended the upcoming “Victor” Building of ITPL SEZ. The Summary proposal is appended in pageNos.10-11
The matter is placed befoe the AC for consideration
b) Approval for Expansion of business and change of location – Application submitted vide letter 14.06.2016 by M/s.Slash Support SEZ Private Limited, Bangalore. Page Nos.12-13
The applicant Unit is an existing Unit in “Voyager” Building of ITPL SEZ in operation since 3.4.2014. They stated that their business is growing and will have a future head count of 105 Associates who cannot be accommodated with their existing head count of 85 Associates for want of additional space. Hence they existing head count of 85 Associates for want of additional space. Hence they proposed to shift the current location to a new location of an area of 23099 sq.ft. in “Victor” building in ITPL SEZ. Consent letter in this regard is given by the developer. The stated that they will be surrendering the old premises as soon as the present location is approved for.

They now requested for approval of shifting to to the new premisees admesuring to 11491.50 sq.ft and also to update the new premises address in the LoA already issued to them. Consent letter from developer is also submitted.
