2.1 滑行道使用限制 /TWYs limits:
1.1 未安装二次雷达应答机的航空器需事先申
请,并得到空中交通管制部门批准后方可在本场
起降;
1.1 Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transpondershall be filed in advance and conducted only after clearancehas been obtained from ATC;
1.2 所有训练飞行和技术试飞需事先申请,并得
到空中交通管制部门批准后方可进行。
1.2 Each and every technical test flight and training flightshall be filed in advance and conducted only after clearancehas been obtained from ATC.

2.2航空器从A1误入03号跑道后,需由A3滑行道
脱离跑道,禁止从A2滑行道脱离。 A2滑行道可
作为21号跑道的脱离道使用。
2.2 Aircraft entering RWY 03 from TWY A1 by mistakeshall vacate the RWY from TWY A3 rather than TWY A2.Aircraft landing on RWY 21 can vacate from TWY A2.
2.3有航空器在A2等待进入跑道起飞时。禁止其
它航空器穿越A2进入A1,需在A平滑A2北侧等
待位置等待。
2.3 Aircraft is forbidden to bypass TWY A2 to TWYA1 andshould hold at TWY A holding position when TWY A2 isoccupied for take off.
2.4 跑道运行规则
2.4.1 起飞航空器从接到管制员进跑道指令到对
正跑道时间应控制在 60s 以内。如机组认为无法
在上述要求的时间内完成,须在到达跑道外等待
点之前向塔台管制员说明(湿跑道或污染跑道除
外)。
2.4.2 落地航空器应尽快退出跑道,从接地到滑出
跑道时间03号跑道应控制在60s以内,21号跑道
应控制在 70s 以内,如机组认为无法在上述要求
的时间内完成,须在首次联系塔台时向管制员说

If flight crew considers that they cannot fullfill theprocess within the required time, pilot shall inform TWRATC before entering the RWY(except for wet orcontaminated RWY);2.4.2 Landing aircraft shall vacate RWY03 within 60s aftertouchdown, and vacate RWY21 within 70s after touchdown.If flight crew can not fulfill the process within the requiredtime, pilot shall inform TWR ATC at the first time (exceptfor wet or contaminated RWY).2.4.3 During changing the direction of RWY in use, ifdownwind speed is more than 3m/s and not exceeding 5m/s,ATC shall instruct this information to relative pilot. 3.7 机位限制 / Limits for aircraft parking on the following stands:
3.1 航空器停机位由运行监控指挥中心
(131.9MHz)分配;
3.1 Parking stand is assigned by Operation Control Center(131.9MHz);
3.2 通过塔台或运行监控指挥中心 (131.9MHz)可以申请使用引导车和拖车;
3.2 Follow-me vehicle and tow tractor service are availablevia Tower Control or Operation Control Center (131.9MHz);
3.3 离场飞行的航空器,在推出开车前必须联系

Traffic circuits shall be normally made to the west of RWY,at the altitudes of 450m for CAT A/B and 650m for CAT C/D. Under ATC clearance, traffic circuits could be made tothe east of RWY, at the altitudes of 350m for CAT A/B and550m for CAT C/D.

5.1.1航空器在确定机载通信设备失效后,按照管
制员给定的最后一个指令高度沿计划航路飞行
至进近区域边界。进入进近区域后直飞昌北VOR导航台,过台后按照昌北VOR导航台西侧的标准
等待程序盘旋下降至修正海平面气压高度 1800米,首次过台后10分钟退出盘旋。机组根据通播
或风向风速自行选择使用03或21号跑道,并按照
标准进近程序自主领航着陆;
5.1.1 When an airborne communication equipment failure isconfirmed, keep the last altitude assigned by ATC on theplanned route to the boundary of APP area. After enteringinto APP area, fly directly to Changbei VOR, then join theholding procedure west of Changbei VOR, circle downto1800m(QNH), STOP circling 10 minutes after overflyingfirst time and choose to land on RWY 03 or RWY 21according to the ATIS information about wind speed andwind direction, strictly follow the relative RWY IAP;

制员给定的最后一个指令沿计划航路飞行至进
近区域边界,上升至标准气压高度5700米保持至
进近边界;
5.2.1 When an airborne communication equipment failure isconfirmed, keep the last command by ATC on the plannedroute to the boundary of APP area and rise to 5700m(QNE),then maintain it to the approach boundary;
5.2.2航空器在确定机载通信设备失效后,机组决
定返航,则按照进港航空器的无线电通信失效程
序操作。
5.2.2 When an airborne communication equipment failure isconfirmed, flight crew decide to return, then operate aircraftfollowing the Arrival Radio Communication FailureProcedure.
