    LI NI U

    Ngy nay cng vi s pht trin ca nn kinh t th trng ha nhp vo nn kinh t thgii, ngnh cng nghip Vit Nam ang thay i mt cch nhanh chng. Cng ngh v thit b hi dn dn thay th cc cng nghip lc hu v thit b c k, cc thit b, cng ngh tin tincng c ng dng rng ri trong cc c s sn xut to ra cc dy chuyn bn t nng nng cao nng sut, nng cao cht lng sn phm.

    Chng 1: GII THIU V CNG NGH CAD-CAM-CNC1.1/Gii thiu chung v CAD/CAM trong lnh vc ch to khun mu

    CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/ Computer Aided Manufacturing) l thung ch vic thit k v ch to c h tr bi my tnh. Cng ngh CAD/Cs dng my tnh thc hin mt s chc nng nht nh trong thit k vto. Cng ngh ny ang c pht trin theo hng tch hp thit k vi xut, CAD/CAM s to ra mt nn tng cng ngh cho vic tch hp my trong sn xut.

    CAD l vic s dng h thng my tnh h tr trong xy dng, sa i, ptch hay ti u ho. H thng my tnh bao gm phn mm v phn cng dng thc thi cc chc nng thit k chuyn ngnh. Phn cng CAD gmmy tnh, cng ho, bn phm v cc thit b ngoi vi khc. Phn mm CAgm c cc chng trnh thit k ho, chng trnh ng dng h tr cho nng k thut cho ngi s dng nh: phn tch lc ng sut ca cc b ph phn ng ng lc hc ca cc c cu, cc tnh ton truyn nhit v lp trniu khin s.

    CAM l vic s dng h thng my tnh lp k hoch, qun l v iu kcc hot ng sn xut thng qua giao din trc tip hay gin tip gia my v cc ngun lc sn xut. Cho ng dng ca CAM c chia thnh hai phtr:

    2.1/La chn chi tit:Chi tit c gia cng cn chnh xc cao v bng b mt cao , tch hp nhiu b
