Merits Ziyarah of Aminullah زيارة أمين للاه

The Ziyarah of Aminullah is highly esteemed

as is cited in all books of Ziyarah. In the word

of Àllamah al-Majlisi (r.a), this form is the best

in text and chain of authority. It is

recommended to say it at all of the holy

shrines.

Through considerable chain of authority, it is

narrated on the authority of Jabir ibn

Àbdullah al-Ansari (r.a) on the authority of

Imam al-Baqir (a.s) that Imam Zayn al-Àbidin

(a.s), once, visited the holy tomb of Imam Àli

(a.s). He stood at the tomb, wept, and

pronounced the following words:

هم صل د على الل ل محم

د وا محم

O' Allāh send Your blessings on

Muhammad

and the family of Muhammad.

allahumma salli Ala muhammadin wa ali

muhammadin

ل! اے ہللا محمد پر )ع(رحمت فرما محمد وا

Ziyarah of Aminullah زيارة أمين للاه

ه سم الل ن ب

حم يم الر ح الرIn the Name of Allāh,

the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

bismi allahi alrrahmini alrrahimi

کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربا ن نہایت رحم واال ےہ(شروع کرتا ہوں) خدا


ين الم عليك يا ام ه السي ا لل ف

ه ارضPeace be upon you, O trustee of Allah on

His lands

alssalamu àlayka ya amina allahi fi ardihi

کے امین پ پر سالم ہو اے خدا کی زمین میں اس ا


ته ه على وحج باد ع and argument of Allah against His servants.

wa hujjatahu àla ìbadihi

کے بندوں پر اس کی حجت ور اس


ير الم عليك يا ام ين الس ن مؤما ل

Peace be upon you, O Commander of the

Faithful.

alssalamu àlayka ya amira almu'minina

کے سردار پ پر اے مومنوں سالم ہو ا


ي ك جاهدت فه اشهد ان

حق ا لله هاد ج

I bear witness that you strove for the sake

of Allah as it ought to be striven,

ashhadu annaka jahadta fi allahi haqqa jihadihi

نے خدا کی راہ میں جہاد کیا جیسا جہاد پ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ ا

کا حق تھا


ه تاب ك ت بل وعم

acted upon His Book,

wa àmilta bikitabihi

اس کی ک تاب پر عمل کیا


بعت ه وا ت ي سنن نب and followed the instructions of His

Prophet,

wattba`ta sunana nabiyyihi

کے نبی کی سنتوں کی پیروی کی( ص)اور اس


ى ه صل ه عليه ا لل ل وا

peace of Allah be upon him and his

Household,

salla allahu àlayhi wa alihi

ل پر( ع)خدا رحمت کرے ان پر اور ان کی ا


ى ه دعاك حت ى ا للل ه إ وار ج

until Allah called you to be in His vicinity.

hatta daàka allahu ila jiwarihi

پ کو اپےن پاس بال لیا نے ا پھر خدا


يه ل ه فقبضك إ يار خت

ا ب

So, He grasped you to Him by His will

faqabadaka ilayhi bikhtiyarihi

پ کی جان قبض کر لی اپےن اختیار سے ا


ك زم اعدائ

ة وال حج

ا ل

and put your enemies under the claim

wa alzama a`da'aka alhujjata

کے پ دشمنوں پر حجت قائم کی اور ا


ن ك محجج مع ما ل

غة ا ل بال

على ا له قيع خل جم

although you have inclusive claims against

all of His creatures.

maà ma laka min alhujaji albalighati àla jamiì

khalqihi

کے وجود میں بہت سی کامل حجتیں پ کے لےئ ا جبکہ تمام مخلوق

ہیں


هم جعل الل ة فا ن مئ

ي مط نفس

ك قدر بO Allah, (please do) cause my soul to be

fully tranquil with Your decrees,

allahumma fajàl nafsi mutma'innatan biqadarika

اے ہللا میرے نفس کو ایسا بنا کہ تیری تقدیر پر مطمئن ہو


ك قضائ ية ب راضsatisfied with Your acts,

radiyatan biqada'ika

تیرے فیصےل پر راضی و خوش رےہ


ك ك ودعائ كر ذ عة ب مول

fond of mentioning and praying to You,

mulaàtan bidhikrika wa duà'ika

تیرے ذکر اور دعاؤں کا مشتاق رہوں


ك يائ صفوة اول ة ل ب محbearing love for the choicest of Your

intimate servants,

muhibbatan lisafwati awliya'ika

نے واال تیرے برگزیدہ دوستوں سے محبت کر


ك ك وسمائ ي ارض محبوبة فbeloved in Your lands and heavens,

mahbubatan fi ardika wa sama'ika

سمان میں محبوب و منظور ہو تیرے زمین و ا


رة ك على صاب نزول بالئ steadfast against the affliction of Your

tribulations,

sabiratan àla nuzuli bala'ika

نے واال ہو مد پر صبر کر ہو تیری طرف سے مصائب کی ا


ك ل نعمائ فواض رة ل شاكthankful for Your graceful bounties,

shakiratan lifawadili na`ma'ika

نے واال ہو تیری شکر بہترین نعمتوں پر کر


ك الئ غ ا سواب رة ل ذاك

always bearing in mind Your incessant

gifts,

dhakiratan lisawabighi ala'ika

نے واال ہو تیری ک ثیر مہربانیوں کو یاد کر


ى مشتاقة ل ك إ قائ فرحة ل

longing for the gladness of meeting You,

mushtaqatan ila farhati liqa'ika

تیری مالقات کی خوشی کا خواہاں


دة قوى متزو ك ا لت يوم جزائ ل

supplied with piety for the day of Your

rewarding,

mutazawwidatan alttaqwa liyawmi jaza'ika

کے لےئ تقوی کو زاد راہ بنانے واال ہو یوم جزا


ة ك مستن يائ سنن اول ب pursuing the morals of Your intimate

servants,

mustannatan bisunani awliya'ika

کے نقش قدم پر چلےن واال تیرے دوستوں


قة خالق مفار ك ال اعدائ quitting the conducts of Your enemies,

mufariqatan li'akhlaqi a`da'ika

کے طور طریقوں سے متنفر و دور تیرے دشمنوں


ة عن نيامشغول ك ا لد حمد ب

ك وثنائand distracted from this world by praising

and thanking You.

mashghulatan àn alddunya bihamdika wa

thana'ika

اور دنیا سے بچ بچا کر تیری حمد و ثنائ میں مشغول رہےن واال ہو


هة يك والل ين إ ت مخب

ن قلوب ال هم إ

اللO Allah, the hearts of those humbling

themselves to You are fascinated,

allahumma inna quluba almukhbitina ilayka

walihatun

بے تاب!اے معبود کے قلوب تیرے لےئ نے والوں بے شک ڈر


The Imam (a.s) then put his cheek on the tomb and said:

ين وسبل ب اغ لريك ا

ل عة إ شار

the paths of those desiring for You are

open,

wa subula alrraghibina ilayka shariàtun

ئے ہوں کے لےئ راسےت کھےل ہو اور تیرا شوق رکھےن والوں


ين واعالم د قاصحة ا ل يك واض

ل إ

the sings of those directing to You are

evident,

wa a`lama alqasidina ilayka wadihatun

نے والوں کی نشانیاں واضح ہیں تیرا قصد کر


دة ين وافئ ف عارعة ا ل نك فاز م

the hearts of those having recognition of

You are resorting to You,

wa af'idata alàrifina minka faziàtun

کے دل تجھ سے کانپےت ہیں معرفت رکھےن والوں


ين واصوات اع لددة ا يك صاع

ل إ

the voices of those beseeching You are

mounting up to You,

wa aswata alddaìna ilayka saìdatun

وازیں بلند ہیں نے والوں کی ا تیری بارگاہ میں دعا کر


جابة وابواب إلحة ا هم مفت

ل

the doors of responding to them are wide

open,

wa abwaba al-ijabati lahum mufattahatun

کے دروازے کھےل ہیں کے لےئ دعا کی قبولیت اور ان


ودعوة من ناجاك مستجابة the prayer of him who speaks to You

confidentially is responded,

wa da`wata man najaka mustajabatun

نے والوں کی دعا قبول ےہ تجھ سے راز و نیاز کر


ة يك مقبول

ل وتوبة من اناب إ

the repentance of him who turns to You

modestly is admitted,

wa tawbata man anaba ilayka maqbulatun

ئے اس کی توبہ منظور و مقبول ےہ جو تیری طرف پلٹ ا


ك بكى وعبرة من ن خوف م مرحومة

the tear of him who weeps on account of

fear from You is compassionated,

wa àbrata man baka min khawfika marhumatun

نسوؤں پر رحمت ہوتی ےہ کے ا نے والے تیرے خوف میں رو


غاثه إلمن وا ك ا ستغاث ل ب

موجودة the aid of him who seeks Your aid is

available,

wal-ighathata liman istaghatha bika mawjudatun

کے لےئ داد رسی موجود ےہ جو تجھ سے فریاد کرے اس


عانة إلمن وا ة ا ستعان ل

ك مبذول ب the help of him who seeks Your help is

obtainable,

wal-iànata liman istaàna bika mabdhulatun

جو تجھ سے مدد طلب کرے اس کو مدد ملتی ےہ


ك منجزة باد ع ك ل دات وعYour promises to Your servants are fulfilled,

wa ìdatika liìbadika munjazatun

اپےن بندوں سے کیے گ ےئ تیرے وعدے پورے ہوتے ہیں

the slips of him who implore You to excuse

him are forgivable,

wa zalala man istaqalaka muqalatun

تیرے یہاں عذر خواہوں کی خطائیں معاف ہوتی ہیں


ين واعمال ل عامديك محفوظة ا ل

ل

the deeds of those who act for You are

preserved,

wa a`mala alàmilina ladayka mahfuzatun

تے ہیں کے اعمال محفوظ ہو نے والوں اور عمل کر


ى وارزاقك ل ق إ خالئ

دنك ا ل

ن ل م

ة ل ناز

Your sustenance to the creatures are

descending from You,

wa arzaqaka ila alkhala'iqi min ladunka nazilatun

کے لےئ رزق تی ےہ مخلوقات و روزی تیری جانب سے ہی ا


د يد وعوائ مزلة ا ل م واص يه

ل إ

Your gifts for further conferrals are

reaching them,

wa àwa'ida almazidi ilayhim wasilatun

اور ان کو مزید عطائیں حاصل ہوتی ہیں


ين وذنوب ر مستغفمغفورة ا ل

the sins of those imploring Your

forgiveness are forgiven,

wa dhunuba almustaghfirina maghfuratun

کے گناہ بخش دیے جاتے ہیں طالبان بخشش


ة ي ندك مقض ك ع قج خل وحوائ

the requests of Your creatures are granted

by You,

wa hawa'ija khalqika ìndaka maqdiyyatun

سے پوری ہوتی ہیں تجھسارى مخلوق کی حاجتیں


ز ين وجوائ ل ائ لسرة ا ندك موف ع

the prizes of those begging You are offered,

wa jawa'iza alssa'ilina ìndaka muwaffaratun

نے والوں کو بہت زیادہ ملتا ےہ تجھ سے سوال کر


د يد وعوائ مزرة ا ل متوات

Your gifts for further conferrals are

uninterrupted,

wa àwa'ida almazidi mutawatiratun

پے مسلسل عطائیں ہوتی ہیں پے در اور


د ئين وموا م ع

مستط

ة ا ل معد

the dining tables for those seeking Your

feeding are prepared,

wa mawa'ida almustatìmina muàddatun

کھانے والوں کیلےئ دستر خوان تیار ےہ


ل ماء ومناه مترعة ا لظ

and the springs of quenching their thirst

are brimful.

wa manahila alzzama'i mutraàtun

اور پیاسوں کی خاطر چشےم بھرے ہوئے ہیں


هم ب الل ستج ي فا دعائ

O Allah, (so) respond to my prayer,

allahumma fastajib duà'i

لے! اے معبود میری دعائیں قبول کر


ي وا قبل ثنائ accept my thanksgiving to You,

waqbal thana'i

اس ثنائ کو پسند فرما


ي وا جمع يائ ي وبين اول بين and join me to my masters,

wajma` bayni wa bayna awliya'i

کے ساتھ جمع کر دے اولیاؤںمجھے میرے


ي د وعل محمحق ب

[I beseech You] in the name of Muhammad,

Àli,

bihaqqi muhammadin wa àliyyin

د کا( ع)اور علی ( ص)کہ واسطہ دیتا ہوں محم


مة حسن وفاطحسين وا ل

وا ل

Fatimah, al-Hasan, and al-Husayn.

wa fatimata walhasani walhusayni

کا (ع)حسین اور کا (ع)حسن کا اور فاطمہ﴿س﴾ اور


ي ي نعمائ ك ولن إ

You are verily the only source of my boons,

innaka waliyyu na`ma'i

بے شک تو ہی مجھے نعمتیں دیےن کا ذریعہ ےہ


مناي ومنتهى the ultimate goal of my wishes,

wa muntaha munaya

رزوؤں کی انتہائ خرت میں میری ا

دنیاو ا


ي ومثواي ي منقلب ي ف وغاية رجائand the target of my hope in my recourses

and settlement.

wa ghayatu raja'i fi munqalabi wa mathwaya

میری امیدوں کا مرکز


يانت ه ل ي وموالي إ د وسي

You are verily my God, Master, and Lord.

anta ilahi wa sayyidi wa mawlaya

قا اور میرا مالک ےہ تو میرا معبود میرا ا


In the book of Kamil al-Ziyarat, the following statements are added to this form of Ziyarah:

ر غفنا ا يائ ول ال

(Please) forgive our friend,

ighfir li-awliya'ina

ہمارے دوستوں کو معاف فرما


ناا اعدائ ف عن وك

prevent our enemies against us,

wa kuffa ànna a`da'ana

دشمنوں کو ہم سے دور کر


هم عن اذانال واشغ

distract them from harming us,

wa ashghilhum àn adhana

ان کو ہمیں ایذا دیےن سے باز رکھ


مة ر كل ه ٱواظ

حق ل

give prevalence to the Word of Truth

wa azhir kalimata alhaqqi

کلمہ حق کا ظہور فرما


هاٱو ياٱ جعل

علل

and make it the supreme,

wajàlha alùlya

اور اسے بلند قرار دے


مة ض كل ل ٱوادح باطل

and frustrate the word of falsehood

wa adhid kalimata albatili

کلمہ باطل کو دبا دے


هاٱو فلى ٱ جعل لس

and make it the lowliest.

wajàlha alssufla

اور اس کو پست قرار دے


ك ن على إء كل ير شى قد

Verily, You have power over all things.

innaka àla kulli shay'in qadirun

بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ےہ ۔ کہ


Merits Ziyarah of Aminullah زيارة أمين للاه

Imam al-Baqir (a.s) then added, “Indeed, any one of

our adherents (Shiàh) who pronounces these words

at the tomb of Amir al-Mu'minin (a.s) or the tomb of

one of the Imams (a.s) shall certainly have his prayer

lifted up on a ladder of light, carrying the seal of the

Holy Prophet’s ring, and it shall be kept so until it will

be delivered to the Riser from Muhammad’s

Household (namely, Imam al-Mahdi (a.s)) who will

receive that person with good tidings, greetings, and

honor.”

It is worth mentioning that the Ziyarah of Aminullah is

considered one of the general forms of Ziyarah of

Imam Àli (a.s), one of the private forms of Ziyarah on

the Eid al-Ghadir Day, and one of the comprehensive

forms of Ziyarah that can be said at all the shrines of

the Holy Imams (a.s).
