Floodplain Management 2010: State & Local Programs
• Assessed status of State and Local floodplain management programs nationwide
• Objective of the project: to assist local communities in understanding potential impacts and implementing mitigation programs
• ASFPM carried out similar surveys in 1989, 1992, 1995, and 2003; 2010 shows how state level programs have changed during the past seven years.
