- Manager Task View

• Within the VinConnect Mobile application, users with manager or admin CRM access will now have a view of their own task page.

• From the VinDash within the VinConnectMobile application CRM manager or admin users will now be able to see an overview of their tasks including:

• Alerts• New Leads• Replies• Current Follow Ups• Overdue Tasks

• Selecting any of these categories will navigate to the list of those tasks.

- Inventory by Photo Count

• The inventory search within VinConnect Mobile now has the ability to filter results by inventory photo count.

• This will provide a quick way to find vehicles with no photos or low photo counts and upload vehicle photos to inventory through the VinConnect Mobile application.

• Within the VinConnect Mobile application access the inventory search by selecting Menu -> Inventory.

• Settings now exist in the search screen to filter inventory results by photo count.

• A minimum and maximum number of photos can be selected to filter these results.

• For example, setting this to “No Min” and “0” maximum photos will return all vehicles that have no photos in the CRM.

– Vin Scan to Add Vehicle of Interest

• VinConnect Mobile now allows users to add a primary vehicle of interest to a customer record by scanning the vin of a vehicle.

• Within a customer record, select “Add Vehicle” from the action icons. This will open the inventory search page.

• The option to “Scan Vin” now exists in the inventory search page. Selecting this will launch the Vin Scanner.

• Scanning the vin will search the current inventory for that vehicle.

• If the vehicle is not in stock, the message “vehicle not found in inventory” will display and return to the inventory search page.

• For current in-stock units, the inventory detail page will display.• Selecting the icon will associate this vehicle as the

primary vehicle of interest for this customer.• Any vehicle that was previously associated as the primary

vehicle will be moved to the “Vehicle(s) of Interest” for that customer.

– Start a Showroom Visit

• The ability to start a showroom visit has been added to VinConnect Mobile

• Within a customer’s dashboard in VinConnect Mobile, a visit button will now appear. Selecting this button will initiate a showroom visit within VinConnect.

• If a current or previous showroom visit already exists for this customer’s lead, the button will change to say BeBack.

– Insurance Card Capture

• Users of VinConnect Mobile now have the ability to capture a photo of a customer’s insurance card and save it to their CRM record.

• A new “Insurance” button exists within the customer dashboard in VinConnect Mobile. Selecting this will launch the insurance card capture screen.

• Selecting “Take Insurance Card” will launch the camera to capture a photo of the insurance card.

• This photo will save and be available to view and print within the customer dashboard in VinConnectfrom the “view/edit license” button.
