Affairs. He has his educational grounding in Science and Law. He is also one of the SeniorFaculty Members of Institute of Directors and also holds Independent Directorships in other Companies.

Mr. A.D. Pavate, Vice Chairman, aged about 75 years, holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from

Cambridge University, London. His forte is Structural Engineering. During his earlier years he was involved in designingMillwall Docks and Multi-storey Bank Building in London and Food Factory in Ashford. In 1969, he founded a multidisciplinary consultancy firm viz. Semac Consulting Engineers, in Bangalore, having offices in Middle East apart fromimportant locations in India. Under his stewardship large national and international projects were executed. He is a wellknown personality for technical excellence and integrity. He held a post of Hon. Secretary of Association of ConsultingEngineers (India) for a long time and also instrumental for forming Federation of International Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).He has authored many publications and submitted papers in international forum. In his illustrious career he has co-foundedIndian Association of Structural Engineers and was its Vice President till recently. Currently he is the mentor for AEC Promagapart from active participation in the growth of the company.

Mr. A. Raghuraman, Managing Director, aged about 61 years, holds a Degree in Science and

acquired Diploma in Multi-model Transportation Management. In his career spreading over 25 years with Indian Railwaysworked in various capacities including significant stint as Senior Executive of Container Corporation of India (mini NavaratnaPublic Sector undertaking) in handling of warehousing, transportation both rail & road of international and domestic cargos.He was also responsible for building infrastructure (all types of warehouse viz., large cargo warehouse, bonded warehouse,multi-stack warehouse, refrigeration warehouse, container freight station, etc.) for Container Corporation of India yard inWhitefield, Bangalore. In the Logistics space, was associated with a Logistics Company as Advisor, imparting knowledge inhandling warehouse, transport of cargos both international & domestic and port operation. As part of his illustrious career inlogistics space, participated in Seminars in Singapore for multi-model transport logistics and visited European ports for astudy in international container/cargo handling.

Mr. R. Sridhar, Director, aged about 60 years, is a qualified Civil Engineer with about 40years of experience in Structural Engineering and has to his credit Master’s in StructuralEngineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is one of the senior members ofAssociation of Structural Engineers and a well known personality in the Construction Industry.He is a Director on the Board of EDECON, a renowned multi disciplinary EngineeringConsultancy firm having international presence. He operates out of Bangalore. During hisillustrious career he has handled large national and international projects of various corporateof repute viz., Tatas, Hindustan Lever, TVS, ITDC, Brigade, Mantri, Novotel, Leela etc. He isone of the founder promoters of AEC Promag. He has global exposure and have executedmany challenging projects in India and abroad.

Mr. Roshin Mathew, Director, aged about 48 years, holds a Bachelor of Technology degree

in Civil Engineering from Kerala University and Masters in Building Engineering and

Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He has more than two

decades of rich experience in Project Management, Construction and Real Estate Sector and

at present oversees the entire construction activities of Blue Chip Listed Company viz.,
