Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Work breakdown structure is the process of dividing project into smaller, more manageable components.
Types of WBS:
1 • WBS for project elements (deliverables)
2 • WBS for project works.
12
Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
1 • WBS for project elements (deliverables)
As example, university project can be divides into many zones, each zone can be also divides into smaller units.

Estimate Activity Recourse
Estimate activity resources is the process of estimating the type and quantities of material, people, equipment, or suppliers required to perform each activity.

21
Estimate Activity Duration
Estimate activity Duration is the process of approximating the number of work periods needed to complete individual activities with estimated resource.
22
Develop schedule
Develop schedule is the process of analyzing activity sequence, durations, resource requirements, and schedule constrains to create the project schedule.
Any scheduling software can be used to perform this phase such as MS project and Primavera.
23
Develop schedule
24
Cost Estimate
Estimate costs is the process of developing an approximation of the monetary resources needed to complete project activates.
Outcome Bill of Quantities integrated with activities cost
25
Determine Budget
Determine budget is the process of aggregating the estimated costs of individual activates or works packages to establish an authorized cost baseline.
Outcome Total cost of the
project
