15To replace a square with an image

Use a graphic program to crop the image you want to use to a square shape

Reduce the physical size of the image to a size similar to the adjacent squares and save the image

Select the square that you want to replace with the image

Click on the arrow next to the Fill Color icon on the Draw toolbar and choose Fill Effects

Select the Picture tab Click the select Picture button Navigate to the image and select it Click OK
