Students will be given quizzes to inform the instructor their knowledge of State Board applications. In order for the student to understand the concepts, visuals of models during lecture and, if possible, actual product will be used on the mannequins.

The exam was too easy for the students. Variables will be adjusted to be more challenging and point value of each variable will be re-evaluated.

This simplified the exam, creating high averages. Next term will not be allowed the index card during the exam and students will be quizzed to enable memorization of applications.

I will enforce more safety and sanitation precautions, disinfection procedures and client protection. I will acknowledge students with praise when job is done well and give constructive criticism as needed. I would like to implement more sculpture procedures. I will also encourage students to take advantage of the online material.

Emphasis will continue to focus on the sculpting Ruberic, a mock sculpting exam and oral reinforcement during all sculpting operations
