3. The transfer order in respect of Shri Ved Pal Singh, Deputy Director, vide Office Order No. 12015/02/2018-ISS dated 08.08.2018 stands cancelled.

4. The transfer order in respect of Shri Amit Kamal, Deputy Director vide Office Order No. 12015/02(iii)/2018-ISS dated 15.06.2018 stands partially modified.

5. The transfer of officers at SL No. 4, 5 and 6 of Para 1 above is at "own request". The grant of TTA/joining time in case of transfer on 'own request' shall be governed in terms of Office Order No. 12015/04/2012-ISS (pt.) dated 30.04.2014 and 27.05.2014.

6. The officers at SL No. 1, 2 of Para 1 and officer in Para 2 above, stands relieved w.e.f. 31.08.2018 (AN).
