First Citizens Bank 1968: Anderson Bank of Dillon,

S.C., grew through mergers and its name changed to the Citizens Bank of South Carolina.

1970: The Commercial Bank and Trust Company of South Carolina merged with the Citizens Bank of South Carolina and became First Citizens Bank and Trust Company of

South Carolina, headquartered in Columbia, S.C.
