Mr. Szu is a founding member of GCCA inc. also the inventer of the Energy Router

which is the heart of GCCA’s green data center solution. Previous position includes:

Kenny Chien

Dr. Peter Pan was assistant research fellow in National Taiwan University from 2009 to

July 2011. He led the NTU cloud service project and successfully established the first

cloud service called “觔斗雲” for NTU, which is the first academic cloud service in

university campus of Taiwan. He has been in R&D of ICT since 1997 including senior

engineer of Institute for Information Industry (III) in 2009, system architect of Nortel

Taiwan R&D Labs from 2005 to 2008, and system programmer with Computing and

Information Center of NTU, from 1997 to 2005.

Dr. Pan received BS in CS from National Chiao-Tung University in 1994 and MS in CS

from Yuan Ze University in 1997, and Ph.D. in Information Management from National

Taiwan University in 2009. His research interest & expertise are in the areas of Cloud

Computing, Multimedia System, and Green Communications. He received many

research awards. Dr. Pan is a recognized leader in Taiwan Cloud Computing

government and academic initiatives.

Mr. Kenny Chien has 20 years telecommunication related working experiences includes;
