Welcome to the first ever, virtual Oklahoma BPA and DECA Fall Leadership Conference!
Thank you for making the decision to be involved in either BPA or DECA this schoolyear. Although this year presents many obstacles to what we are accustomed to, wealso recognize that as leaders this year gives us a chance to use every tool available.
Both BPA and DECA State Executive Councils have worked hard to make sure thatyou get an exceptional Fall Leadership Conference experience. While it is historicalthat this year’s conference is virtual, it is also unique that every workshop is tailoredcompletely to the conference theme. From the welcome message to the last set ofworkshops, this year’s conference is meant to help you find your individual leadershipvoice, learn about your strengths and opportunities for improvement, discover betterways of communicating with your chapter, and amplify your skills as a local chapterleader.
On the behalf of the 2020-2021 BPA State Executive Council and DECA Council 78we hope you have a phenomenal FLC – it truly will be an experience like nothingbefore.
