The court said that a school cannot limit a students right unless it disrupts the educational process. Students don’t give up their rights when they go to school and they should be protected unless it violates other rights and interests. Also, rights are sometimes limited if they are dangerous to public safety, national security, or other interest; or if one persons rights conflict with another persons.

The principle is worried that teenage pregnancy article is not appropriate. He is also worried about the fathers right to defend himself. However, the students have the right of freedom of speech.

Those over the age of 18 can now vote, and you don’t have to own property.
