Ingredients: . 1 kg of potatoes . 100 grs. of sausage . 2 garlic cloves . 1 onion . 1 leek . Dry peppers . Salt
utensils: 1 knife, A COOKER, a frying pan, a wooden
spoon, a dipper.
Time of preparation: 30 Minutes Time of boiling:40 Minutes SERVES for :4 persons Difficulty: Easy
1. Peel the garlic cloves, the onion, the sausage and the peppers.
2. Heat the oil AND ADD THE GARLIC CLOVES AND THE ONION in a frying pan,
3. CUT THE SOFT PART OF THE LEEK.4. WHEN THE STIR FRY IS READY, ADD THE
POTATOES.5. Lightly fry a few minutes and ADD hot
water.6. Finally, add the sausages and the peppers
and wait 40 minutes.
