smooth the transition between school and work through youth guarantee schemes ensure that traineeships offer high-quality work experience under safe conditions; improve the quality and supply of apprenticeships; give young people more opportunities to work and train abroad.

YOUTH GUARANTEECOUNCIL RECOMMENDATION (2013/C 120/01)
Young people receive a good-quality offer of employment, continued education, an apprenticeship or a traineeship within a period of four months of becoming unemployed or leaving formal education
Youth Guarantee would contribute to three of the ‘Europe 2020’ strategy targets: • 75 % of the age range 20-64 should be employed; • early school-leaving rates should be below 10 %; • at least 20 million people should be lifted out of poverty and
social exclusion.

NEET´s will be offered work, a work trial, or a study, workshop or labour market rehabilitation place within three months of registering as an unemployed jobseeker
To promote and support a sustainable inclusion of young people into the labour market ↓6 months internship abroad
Working experience abroad
Acquisition of additional social & ethic knowledges
Vocational and transversal skills recognised on the labour market
In case of hiring, incentives will be provided either for companies and for young workers
