Residence description

This residence next to the AMDA campus

provides contemporary student living in

the heart of Hollywood. Student rooms are

furnished and include a full-sized refrigerator.

Additionally, the residence includes a spacious

garden courtyard, laundry facilities and a

student lounge. Accommodation at AMDA

consists of a vine covered building. It has a

 beautiful landscaped courtyard in the back,

with a grass yard, greenery, and seating areas.

These are fully furnished and well-maintained.

The apartments are bright, spacious and truly

Californian. There is a separate shared kitchen

and living room area. Each apartment sleeps

either 2 or 4 students.

Housing deposit procedures

During Student Orientation on your rst day at Kings Colleges, you must

pay a residence housing deposit of $200 (refundable pending room in-

spectio n upon exiting). Only payment by credit card is accepted (no debit

or cash cards) as this allows the charge to be reversed aer your departure.
