Coldface series Controllers and switchboards provide control of all static or ventilated cold room functions in a single device, with both single-phase and three-phase loads. The enclosure, with innovative design for on-board installation, combines ease of installation, water resistance and the capability to house all electromechanical devices required for correct cold room load control and protection.The versions with door on the front panel allow direct access to the load protection circuit breakers. The controllers are available with a series of advanced functions, such as HACCP event logging with a yearly calendar, Pump Down control and programmed defrosts.

Power lines/lighting :The installation equipment comprises all units necessary for complete and operational installation. The power installation is designed as a surface cable installation , partly in cable trays ,on cable plates or direct on walls ceilings .All cables are PVC…The lighting installations will be controlled by switch locate by the door to each room .

Insulated modular panels for walls and ceiling:Wall in cold rooms shall be constructed of prefabricated, foamed in place modular panels . The exterior and interior metal skin shall be formed of galvanized steel sheet polyester coated 0.5 mm thickness. The insulation is poured in place rigid expanded polyurethane foam with a minimum 95% closed cell structure. The foam density shall be within the range of 38 - 40 Kg/M3 .Thickness of the insulated panels will be 75,100,150 mm. with k - value 0.021 W/Km2. The high quality polyurethane foam core together joints design has been proved to be very efficient in reducing power consumption.

Insulated of floor:The exterior metal skin shall be formed of galvanized steel sheet polyester coated 0.5 mm thickness, and interior metal skin shall be formed of Alu.checkred plate 3mm Thickness + waterproof wood. Thickness of the insulated panels will be 75,100,150 mm. with k - value 0.021 W/Km2, The foam density shall be within the range of 36 - 42 Kg/M3

Hinged or sliding doorhinged door from MTH , Italy It will be overlapping type. It will be constructed and insulated the same as the other panels. Frames shall be constructed with heavy reinforced steel at corners. There will be an industrial type hinged left or right and door will be equipped with lock and with push action internal. Safety device to open the door form inside even if it is locked from outside.

Condensing unit:Condensing unit for each box of Copland (Germany) , with semi hermetic compressor and air cooled condenser with electric fan motor & liquid receiver, all wires, pipe, connection on steel base with all control devices by the following specification.
