+
So what could some of these benefits be?
+What happens to our Muscles and Bones
Improves the thickness of cartilage in joints
Improves the strength of connective tissue Includes ligaments and tendons Helps to decrease the risk of injury n such places as knee,
shoulder, etc…
+In Muscles
Increases the size of skeletal muscle Allows for greater strength during
contraction
Increases muscle strength overall
Increases muscle endurance overall
Maintains and increases muscle and joint flexability
+Bones and Joints
Slows the rate of joint degeneration if one has osteoporosis
Increases bone density by depositing more calcium in bones Helps to make bones
stronger Decreases the risk of
osteoporosis later in life Slows bone loss due to
the aging process Provides protection
against injury
+Other Positives
Enhances muscle tone and physique
Improves posture
Build and maintains lean body mass Increases overall level of
muscle strength
+More Positives
Helps to alleviate low-back pain
Reduces the likelihood of developing lower-back problems
Helps to prevent and relieve stresses that cause carpal tunnel syndrome
Strengthens and reduces the risk of hip problems, especially in the elderly
