Since founded in 1999, Raisecom Technology always devotes to access network solutions and services for global telco

carriers and private network customer to improve efficiency and reduce network cost and lead business success.

Over 10 years development, solutions include business leased-line, SME, public broadband service access, 3G/LTE

backhaul, OTN, video surveillance, smart grid, etc. Our customers disperse in more than 60 countries and regions

globally for carrier, utility, transportation, defense, mining, oil and gas.

“Multi-service access, end to end management” is our philosophy; non-stop innovation on technology / product /

solution / management to create customer value is our core competence. RAISECOM originated from media converter

and developed to 4 series solutions including Intelligent Packet Networks, Multi-service Access Solution, OTN, NMS.

20+ product lines range from iPN, EPON, EOC, MSAP, STM1 CPE, Inverse multiplexer, SME gateway, Carrier Ethernet,

DSL, WLAN, CWDM, OLP, EDFA, Media converter to Video Multiplexer.

基于对网络接入技术的深入理解，瑞斯康达应邀参与了多个运营商、中国通信标准化协会（CCSA）及电力行业等通信技术标

准的制订工作。

R&D is always driven by customer requirements. Investment for R&D is more than 10% of the annual turnover of RAISECOM.

To improve our corporate management, the advanced processes like IPD (Integrated Product Development)have been introduced.

2008年印尼海啸，在短短数天的时间里，瑞斯康达与红十字会，以及当地机构合力，为灾区提供资

金、物资等多方面支持。

2008年，汶川地震，瑞斯康达在第一时间成立了“瑞斯康达救灾援助小组”，紧急调动人员、物资，全力支

持各大运营商的抗震救灾工作，并积极组织捐款捐物，支持支援灾区。

在汶川地震的灾后重建中，瑞斯康达关注因地震失学的儿童。09年在四川省广元市旺苍县石桥村六社捐建

“旺苍县瑞斯康达希望小学”，560余名学生已迁入崭新的校舍。

瑞斯康达人持续关心着、支持着残疾人士的身心健康和再就业问题。 08年起，瑞斯康达与深圳市“关爱基

金”合作，为残疾人士就医、就业提供帮助。

在举世瞩目的奥运会、世博会以及国庆60周年盛况直播期间，瑞斯康达团队为了保障运营商在活动期间的安

全运行，日夜奋战，为树立国家形象做出贡献。

Just in a few days after the Tsunami attacking Indonesia in 2008, Raisecom has already started to collect funds

and materials in close cooperation with the Red Cross and local agencies.

In 2008, Raisecom immediately responded to the news of Wen-Chuan earthquake, and set up our own disaster

relief assistant group to help with the rescue and reconstruction. We also provided full supports to major operators

with their earthquake relief works.

In the post-disaster reconstruction at Wen-Chuan, Raisecom have funded a Hope School at Sichuan Province in

2009. By now, there are more than 560 children studying in this new premise.

As a charity enthusiast,Raisecom also contributes the mental and physical health of disabled people. Since 2008,

we have cooperated with Shenzhen care fund association in providing medical helps for disabled people.

During the Olympic Games, World Expo and the 60th anniversary of China National Day, Raisecom has devoted

to the campaign of providing guaranteed broadcast services by operators and carriers.
