The Requirements
*Around 300 sq. ft. office space in good location with parking amenities and air conditioning facilities meant for front desk/visitor lounge and counselor room
*An electronic gadget to display clear product images to the customer
*A good English/ local language speaking counselor, a smart trained receptionist and an office boy

Investment RecoveryAssuming that the Franchise meets its projections, investment is recovered in the first month.
* Total Sales on monthly basis = Rs. 1737412/-

Deducting Rs. 1 Lakh (expenditure) from the above profit, our Net profit becomes
Rs. 6.75 L – Rs. 1 L = Rs. 5.75Lakhs
Hence, you can generate conservatively Rs. 5.75 Lakhs on an investment of Rs. 9 Lakhs from the first month onwards
* This translates the Rate of Return on Investment (ROI) to more than 60% on a very conservative basis which is highest amongst any business.
* Even if we take only 60% of the sales we have shown above the profit becomes Rs. 5.75 L X 60%= Rs. 3.45 Lakhs.
* This translates the Rate of Return on Investment (ROI) to 40% on a very conservative basis which is highest amongst any business.

6 months after, it is recommended that franchises invest in the following additional Rudraksha combinations.
Indraksha Mala: This is a premium Rudraksha combination of RRST with beads from 1 Mukhi to 21 Mukhi + Trijuti, Gauri Shankar and Ganesh Rudraksha -1. Indrakshi Mala (Java) – Rs. 6 Lakhs per pc2. Indrakshi Mala (Nepal) – Rs. 1.25 Crores per pc

Selection Process
Invoicing
Franchises will earn their income from commission on sales . All commissions paid by RRST will be liable to taxes as applicable from time to time. Franchise commissions will be settled on a monthly basis.
There will be 2 models for invoicing:
*RRST invoicing customer: If the manufacturing unit and the customer reside in the same state, RRST invoices the customer who is also the tax payer. No tax implication
*RRST invoicing Franchisee: If the Franchisee unit and the customer are from different states, RRST invoices the Franchisee against Form F. No tax implication
Sales
Sales Collateral for Standard ProductsRRST will provide -
* Standard proforma / quotations / estimates for each of its standard products
* Sales & marketing collateral in soft copy format for all standard products
* Standard price lists for all features (base and options) for all standard products
* Delivery timelines for each of its standard products
A Standard Product ceases to be a standard product if additional features requiring development are required by client. In such case, all pricing and delivery standards will undergo a change
Sales Collateral for Non-Standard Products
• RRST will provide a portfolio of custom projects in soft copy format to help drive sales of custom products
• Non-standard product leads will have to be forwarded to DCD until Franchisee develops knowledge to quote and estimate
• Every lead conversion will be maintained by DCD for commission accrued to Franchisee
Marketing
*Franchisee shall operate from a showroom with the following indicative minimum requirements:
1. Location: High footfall area at ground level with sizable frontage
2. Area: 250 TO 1000 sq. ft.
3. Height: 10 ft.
*All national level marketing spends will be shared by RRST and all other Franchises on a percentage basis. These include print, electronic and online media
*All local level marketing spends will be at the initiative of the Franchisee
Branding
Showroom Look and Feel
RRST will provide the standards and benchmarks for showroom furnishing and overall ambience
Use of Logos
RRST will provide standards and creatives for the use of logos in stationary, marketing merchandise, marketing material, showroom interiors and other marketing collateral
Facilities and Insurance
Production FacilityThe RRST Head Office is at Mumbai. All new orders will be sent from Head Office, Mumbai to the customers directly or to the respective Franchisee
Insurance Insurance is optional. It may cover transport or RRST Value-add or both. Proforma for insurance purposes will be provided by RRST. Insurances costs will have to be borne by the customer
Obligations: RRST
*Providing Sales and Product Training for staff of Franchisee to help drive this association
*Fulfilling orders generated by Franchisee in accordance with terms and conditions
* Identifying areas of synergy between Franchisee and RRST
*Providing product demand data based on past business experience and enquiries
*Providing data and information on the potential for success of our products and future growth prospects
*Sharing learnings through past projects that could help shape and define product offering
Obligations: Franchise* Show room establishment and compliance (Legal / Regulatory /
Commercial / Design / Execution)
* Local Marketing, Promotions and overall Sales
* Collection of Payments from Customers
* Maintenance of Customer Records
* Maintenance of Customer Complaint records
* Showroom Maintenance
* Enquiry Database
* Forwarding General instructions to all Franchisees from time to time
* Financial Reporting (Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
* Staffing
* General Record Keeping (minutes / notes / discussions / outcome etc.)
* Identifying areas of synergy between RRST and Franchisee
* Engaging in constant interaction with RRST for updating the product offering and delivery methods
Legal Compliance
*This association will be backed by a legal agreement
*The term of each franchise will be for a period of 5 years
*An annual review of performance at end of each year, along with a business plan / forecast will be required in order to retain exclusivity over geographical area
*The Franchisee shall have exclusive selling rights in the territory granted
