    THE PRODUCTSFollowing the award of the Label Rouge quality mark for our choucroute, we have developed a range of doypack choucroute products that are perfectly adapted for sale in self-service retail environments. In order to help people to rediscover choucroute as a completely separate vegetable product, we have created three recipes, a gourmet version that is perfect with poultry, a traditional version to be served with pork and cooked meats, and lastly a marine version to be served with fish and seafood.

    PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANYThe Bellot company was founded in 1945; Mr. Louis Bellot bought a press and pressed apples for all the farmers and residents of the canton of Chaource. In September 1960, his sons Henri and André created Société Bellot Frères and, in addition to cider, produced 100 cl bottled apple juice. 1984 saw the birth of the Cacibel, a cocktail created by Henri Bellot made with cider, honey and blackcurrant, and in 1990 an agreement was signed with the farmers in the Pays d’Othe to plant cider apple trees. Pays d’Othe cider is therefore now made in dry and sweet versions. In July 2007 Société Bellot Frères was bought by Ets GUILLET (Kérisac cider) of Loire Atlantique and became Ets Bellot-Guillet.

    PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANYThe Bellot company was founded in 1945; Mr. Louis Bellot bought a press and pressed apples for all the farmers and residents of the canton of Chaource. In September 1960, his sons Henri and André created Société Bellot Frères and, in addition to cider, produced 100 cl bottled apple juice. 1984 saw the birth of the Cacibel, a cocktail created by Henri Bellot made with cider, honey and blackcurrant, and in 1990 an agreement was signed with the farmers in the Pays d’Othe to plant cider apple trees. Pays d’Othe cider is therefore now made in dry and sweet versions. In July 2007 Société Bellot Frères was bought by Ets GUILLET (Kérisac cider) of Loire Atlantique and became Ets Bellot-Guillet.

    PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANYFounded in 1956 by 62 winemakers from the Arce Valley, Champagne Chassenay d’Arce currently has more than 130 members and is the largest cooperative winery in the Champagne area. The market position of Chassenay d’Arce: champagnes of great finesse, which, thanks to their exceptional value for money, represent an attractive and convincing alternative to the bigger brands.Our structure relies on our extremely diverse supply base (325 hectares of our own vineyards) and significant technical investment, which guarantee the quality of our production.
