ABOUT THE TRUST
“Hari Om Shakti Charitable Trust” established under ‘’Societies of Registration Act, 1860’’ is a not - for - profit organization. It was formed in the year 2000 with a vision to provide educational facilities to girl child of the remote and under privileged areas of Bhiwani district in Haryana.
The Trust is promoted by the Singhal Group, a business conglomerate which has revered establishments in numerous sectors such as Stainless Steel, Rubber Solutions, Education etc.
Hari Om Shakti Charitable Trust has been selected as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA) to implement project under ELSTP scheme with RSLDC.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
SECURITY SECTOR COURSE DETAILS Category - B (Service Sector Training). Course – Security Guard Duration – 50days/ 400hours (8 hours per day) Batch size - Minimum= 12 ; Maximum=30 Type of training – Residential On-job training (OJT) – 10 days (part of 50 days) Soft-Skill Training - 100 hours soft skill training. (part of 400 hours) Enrollment fee – Rs 600 for General Category/ Rs 300 for reserved
category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) Books - Workbook + Subject Related Book to be given to the
Students. Total candidates to be trained – 2000 Duration of the course- 1 year 15% seats reserved for Christian, Muslim, Sikh, Buddha, Jain
and other minorities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
TRAINERS Retd. Personnels from Army/CISF/ other security forces Rank- Not below JCO/ SI Experience – 3 years in security as Trainer
CANDIDATES Education qualification – 10th pass Age – 18-35 years Physical requirements as per PSAR Act
CENTRE HEAD Qualification – MBA/ equivalent/ ITI/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA /ITC
Suprindendent or any POST GRADUATE Experience – 5 years work experience

INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS
SPACE REQUIREMENT PER STUDENT Classroom – 1 sq. m. per student Hostel – 2.25 sq. m. per student Toilet, electricity and water 1 toilet and 1 bathroom per 10 students
(should not be attached). Availability of clean drinking water Availability of electricity.

SETTING UP – SDC (Skill Development Centre)
Batch size = 30 students per batch Total batches = 4 Total = 120 students Classrooms = 4 (30 sq. m. each) Labs = 2 (<30 sq. m. each) Total area of the centre = 350-400

OJT – ON JOB TRAINING
Maximum permissible days for OJT are 15 days in courses extending for more than Forty days and ten days in other lesser duration courses.
No extra payment would be made to training provider for the OJT.
Biometric attendance for trainees would be waived during the period of OJT.
On successful completion of OJT, Training Provider and concerned company/ employer would give a certificate of having given OJT to specified person.
A certificate would be obtained from the learners also, of having undergone OJT for the specified period.
No separate transport charges will be paid to Training Provider or learners.
OJT is not compulsory and Training Provider will decide, whether they would like to provide OJT. If they arrange such training, they will have to provide details of OJT Service Provider(s) and take approval of RSLDC so that verification check could be done.
