Design of the State Emblem of lndia is provided in the Sclredule of the State Emblem of ;rg6India{Prohibition of lmproper Use) Act, 2005.

2, It has been brought to notice ofthis Ministry that various Government agencies which are

". psine the State Emblem of India on their statignery, publications, seals, vehicles, buildings,

. I f'l^,ebsites etc., often omit the motto usatyameva Jayate" and are only depicting the profile of the

N "satyameva Jayate- inscibed (in Devanagari script) below the profile of thc Lion Capital.

+ Incomplete display ofthe State Emblbm of India is a violation ofthe aforesaid Act.a\

' are not authorized to use the State Emblem of lndia, are using the same on the stationery,

y vehicles etc. It may kindly be noted that the use ofthe Statc Enblem of India is restricted to the

{ { ZOOS and the State Emblem of India (Regulation of Use) Rules, 2007 fread with the State
