Temperature is the degree heat or cold of any body. In climatology, we look at the difference in temperature of the air mass.
We measure temperature a minimum and maximum thermometer and the wet and dry bulb thermometer.
The thermometer was invented by Galileo, although the sealed thermometer only emerged in 1650. The modern alcohol and mercury thermometers were discovered by the German physicist Gabriel Fahrenheit.
