Missing School

Please send an excuse the first day after your child is absent. It should include a first and last name, the date, homeroom number and the reason for the absence. Please submit this to your child’s home room teacher.

If your child has an early dismissal note, he/she turns that in to the office upon arrival to school.

Vacation forms are available in the office.

The Planner

Please check your child’s planner daily. It has the most current homework information.

Log onto the Bobcat team website for team announcements and basic team homework information.

Grades

Please encourage your child to check his/her grades at least weekly.

www.portal.svsd.net

Grades that aren’t posted yet will show “_”; grades that are done will show a number (i.e. 16/20 points)

Unless you see a “0” in the spot, your child didn’t receive a zero!
