101 Queen City Park Road, Burlington, VT 05401 Present: Commissioner Waninger Commissioner Bohne Jamie Smith, Director of Marketing and Planning Trish Redalieu, Director of Human Resources On the phone: Commissioner Dimitruk Ross MacDonald, VTrans 1: Welcome and Intro Commissioner Waninger opened the meeting at 12:03P 2: Adjustment to the agenda None 3: Public Comment None 4: Approval of 10/23/19 minutes** Commissioner Bohne made a motion to approve the 10/23/19 minutes, Ms. Smith seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried. 5: Position Announcement** Discussed the position announcement and potential changes. Commissioner Bohne moved to authorize Commissioner Waninger to work with GovHR to update the announcement, Commissioner Dimitruk seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried. 6: Review Recruitment Brochure** The committee reviewed the document together. Commissioner Bohne moved to authorize Commissioner Waninger to work with GovHR to develop the recruitment brochure, Commissioner Dimitruk seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried. 7: Advertising Source List** Went through the list to verify budget and proposed plan. Commissioner Bohne moved to authorize Commissioner Waninger to work with GovHR to finalize the

All were in favor and the motion carried. 8: Next meeting The committee discussed potential dates: January 17, 2020 from 8AM-10AM, January 15, 2020 from 8-10AM, or January 16, 2020 from 4-6PM backup. Commissioner Waninger will with GovHR to establish the next meeting date. 9: Ajourn Commissioner Bohne made a motion to adjourn, Mr. MacDonald seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried.
