The beauty of NAFCo is the variety and accessibility of the events— from master classes to beginner fiddle workshops, other instrumental workshops, dance workshops, demonstrations, come and try opportunities, talks, film screenings, sessions, dances, and so much more. Free performances will include Random Acts of Violins and Dance in public spaces, acoustic recitals, and lunchtime concerts. The programme includes dozens of events around Aberdeenshire – reaching from Arbuthnott to Banff & MacDuff, and Braemar to Fraserbugh. Audiences and musicians can join in on our NAFCo Days Oot to visit sites around the North-east and take in workshops and concerts at our out-of-town venues.
