Abet—to assist; encourage, esp. in wrongdoingverb (opposite of dissuade)

If you abet a friend who is in the process of breaking a law, it is the same thing as breaking the law yourself.

Meticulous(adj)—extremely careful about small details; precise

She is meticulous about her appearance; she takes an hour to straighten her hair and put on her makeup.
