Our In-Work Support Service provides support for people who have recently taken on new employment, having previously claimed a benefit and who may need assistance to stay in their job.

Some of the support options this service offers include:

Coaching (face to face or telephone) Further job search support for those securing temporary or part time jobs ‘Better off’ calculations and budgeting advice Access to further training opportunities Potential funding for those needing financial support in the first month of

employment (if no access through DWP) Mediation between the new member of staff and employer if needed Specialist referrals – self-employment, housing support and debt management
