CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

I. Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) OR Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) (or Mockup when not available) OR product literature are to be supplied for each item on offer.

II. For medical materials and surgical devices kindly present the Declaration of Conformity. Quoted prices should be exclusive of vat.

III. Delivery period should be within 7 Working Days from Confirmation of Order. However if no contractor can meet this requirement the CPSU may consider otherwise.

IV. Quotations received without delivery time frames are considered to be in line with the above delivery time frames (7 days). Offers stating delivery details as ‘to be supplied upon request’ shall not be considered.

V. Payment terms for this Competitive Call are thirty (30) days from receipt of goods.VI. If a consignment is not delivered within the stated delivery, ERU reserves the right to cancel part/all order.
