1 Natalie studied Business Management for two years at the University of Winchester before graduating from the Open University. Natalie has held various roles before entering the Quality profession from supermarkets, a call centre and the Beauty Industry. Her pathway into Quality began in 2008 when she took a role as a Management Systems Co-ordinator for Aspire Defence Service Limited. During this time, Natalie undertook a Certificate in Quality Management Practices with the CQI and worked towards her Chartered Membership. Natalie progressed through a number of roles during her 6 years and a half years at Aspire. Within these roles Natalie was responsible for maintaining the Best in Class integrated Management System and working with the Head of Quality to make improvements and developments. Natalie was the Lead Auditor for the organisation and was responsible for managing the certification process for the business. In 2014, Natalie moved to a position with Arqiva a leading communications infrastructure and media Services Company. Natalie is the Programme Quality Controller for the Mobile Infrastructure Project, a full- scale, infrastructure rollout. This includes mobile network planning and design, sourcing and acquiring of sites, infrastructure building (including masts), installation of mobile network operators equipment, and management of sites. In her role Natalie has implemented a project Management System and has worked as part of the Project Management Office to develop processes and controls. She has implemented an audit framework and is responsible for undertaking Quality training as well as reporting on areas such as trends and the cost of Quality. In October 2014, Natalie was appointed the Chair of the CQI’s Next Generation Network. In her role she has worked to establish a new Steering Committee and highlight a set of deliverables for the year. She is responsible for setting the direction and the strategy of the NGN in line with the requirements of the CQI. Working closely with the other members of the Steering Committee, Natalie is determined to deliver some key projects over the coming year. In her spare time Natalie runs a small Wedding and Event Planning Business in Andover, Hampshire. She enjoys long walks with her husband and their puppy, Lady, and entertaining friends and family.
