Follow our process. Cross out any prepositional phrases, label the subject with a “S”, and then label the type of verb (Action (AV), linking (LV), or verb phrase (VP).

1. Some people want jobs that take them outside the realm of ordinary experience.

on snakes.

Draw an arrow to the word that the prepositional phrase is modifying (telling where or what).
