Wayne Fey relocated to Asheville in early 2008, after working and residing in SouthFlorida and the Caribbean Basin for many years. Wayne was initially licensed to practice Real Estate in Florida in 1985, Wayneconcentrated on General Contracting and Consulting until moving to Asheville. Sinceobtaining his North Carolina Brokers License he has primarily focused on industrialproperties and the resurrection of failed Residential Developments due to his priorexperience in that field as a General Contractor. As a licensed and instrument ratedpilot / aircraft owner, Wayne commuted in his aircraft weekly between Key West andAsheville for approximately two years before closing operations in Florida completelyand settling full time on Town Mountain in Asheville. Wayne formed All Points RealtyPartners LLC. With his Associate and friend of 50 years, Martin Sorensen in 2013 withthe Firm’s focus on Commercial & Residential Brokerage and Development, includingthe resurrection of troubled Residential Developments.

Wayne’s hobbies include aerobatic flying, rotorcraft, on and off-road motorcycles,rock climbing, photography, hiking and numerous other outdoor activities.
