Further to the initial site audits conducted by PT LimaWira Wisesa, we would like to propose the follow-up actions as our next steps in order to helping you in identifying how you can impact your production process deployed system to improve energy efficiency. We would like to plan the following phases: Phase A - an Energy Management System (EMS) to be installed to monitor the electrical parameters of the plant on a permanent basis. This EMS should include the installation of several Power Analysers at the key measurement points, and then have these measurement points linked via RS485 cabling to a dedicated PC with a PowerStudio Scada software via a RS485/Ethernet converter. In particular, the installation of these power analysers will be in locations of specific reported ‘incidences’ areas as initially identified in the audits. These specific areas include areas where: a) there are Phase unbalance problem b) there are transformer overheating problems c) there are problems associated with triplen harmonics ( 3rd , 9th , 15th , 21st etc..) d) other measurements are required e.g. compressor outputs

    Subject: CIRCUTOR Energy Management System

    Dear Mr. Roy,

I really hope this letter finds you very fine.

Further to the initial site audits conducted by PT LimaWira Wisesa, we would like to propose the follow-up actions as our next steps in order to helping you in identifying how you can impact your production process deployed system to improve energy efficiency.

We would like to plan the following phases:

Phase A - an Energy Management System (EMS) to be installed to monitor the electrical parameters of the plant on a permanent basis.

This EMS should include the installation of several Power Analysers at the key measurement points, and then have these measurement points linked via RS485 cabling to a dedicated PC with a PowerStudio Scada software via a RS485/Ethernet converter.

In particular, the installation of these power analysers will be in locations of specific reported incidences areas as initially identified in the audits.

These specific areas include areas where:

    a) there are Phase unbalance problem b) there are transformer overheating problems c) there are problems associated with triplen harmonics ( 3rd , 9th , 15th , 21st etc..) d) other measurements are required e.g. compressor outputs

PT LimaWira will be best positioned to offer a competitive package for Phase A consisting the power analysers units, converters, PowerStudio Scada software, RS 485 cabling, associated installation works at site, labour, testing and commissioning.

Phase B Upon the completion of Phase A for an extended period of between 3 and 6 months, a review of the reports generated from the data measurements on the PowerStudio Scada software will need to be done.

At this stage, data is analysed and appropriate actions need to taken to enable energy efficiency and management.

From the data analysis, we will be in a good position to propose solutions that may require

    a) Installing additional power analysers for areas that require more detailed monitoring b) Installing devices and solutions to resolve problem areas

power factor improvement through the use of capacitor banks (low voltage and medium voltage if required)

harmonic reduction through the introduction of passive and active filters power management e.g. maximum demand control, distribution of loading earth leakage through the use of earth leakage relays in conjunction with preventative

maintenance c) Associating the measurements and reports obtained with the production output if required to use

the EMS for production targets d) Using the EMS tool for maintenance purposes and other magnitudes analysis such as Air

    Compressors optimization or Water consumption.

Phase B will involve the implementation of the appropriate resolutions to the problem areas on a permanent basis.

We are looking forward to hearing from your further requirements and approval on above proposals.

    Yours Sincerely,

    ________________
