Batch TransmissionCapabilityIf you have high fax volume, another way to reducetransmission time and costs is to use Realtime orDelayed Batch Transmission to send multiple jobs to thesame destination.

1) Realtime BatchTransmissionDuring memory transmission,the UF-885 searches its memoryfor reserved files (up to 5 files)to transmit to the samedestination, automaticallybatching and transmitting themin a single phone call.

2) Delayed BatchTransmissionYou can assign a time for batch transmissions to aProgramme Key in advance. All transmissions usingthe Programme Key are batched and transmitted atthe scheduled time. This makes it easy to takeadvantage of the lowest possible phone rates.
