3.1 Unpacking the BTS3812EYou need to unpack the goods on site to check the integrity before installing the equipment.

Contextl When transporting or moving the equipment, components, or parts, you must prevent them

from colliding with doors, walls, shelves, or other objects.

l When transporting or moving the equipment, components, or parts, you should not touchthe uncoated metal surface of them with sweat-soaked or dirty gloves.

Procedure

Step 1 Check whether the total number of goods is in conformity with the packing list attached to thepacking case.

If... Then...

The total number of the goods is in conformitywith the number on the packing list,

Go to Step 2.

The total number of the goods is not inconformity with the number on the packinglist,

Find out the cause and contact the Huaweilocal office.

Step 2 Check whether the packing case is in good condition.

If... Then...

The packing case is in good condition, Go to Step 3.

The packing case is severely damaged orsoaked,

Find out the cause and contact the Huaweilocal office.

Step 3 Check the types and quantity of the goods with the packing list, and then perform the next stepaccording to the checking result.

If... Then...

Types and quantity of the goods are inconformity with those on the packing list,

Sign the Packing List for confirmation togetherwith the customer.

There is any short or wrong shipment ordamage to the goods,

Fill in the Cargo Problem Report and submitit.

WARNINGTo protect the equipment and find out the cause in the future, you need to keep the unpackedequipment and packing materials in indoor environment, take photos of the stockingenvironment, rusted or eroded equipment, packing case or carton, and packing materials, andthen file the photos.
