to raise and slaughter animals.

The Meatable approach for creating ‘cell-based’ meat is based on ground-breaking proprietary technology that was developed at The University of Cambridge and allows us to turn induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into muscle and fat cells, creating 100% real, delicious, guilt free meat. We use iPSCs because they have amazing benefits that enable affordable, at scale production (e.g. they are pluripotent, grow completely serum free, have unlimited proliferation capacity and

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated purchase and logistics

assistant who wants to be the backbone of our ordering

process. Someone who will take care of our equipment and

keeps our company tidy and organized. As a key member of

our operational team you will be working closely with all the

research personnel and the operational manager. We are

looking for a true generalist that is a pragmatic and flexible

team player since you will be working in a fast-growing

start-up where things can and will change quickly.

Your main responsibilities will include the ordering and

maintaining of the stock for the laboratories and offices. This

includes contact with vendors but also the improvement of

our supply chain. Next to that you will order equipment and

arrange its maintenance and (re)-calibration.
