LEVEL 3 PERFORMANCE STANDARD (Action, Condition, Criteria) :
Monitor salon safety and hygiene using salon safety and hygiene record, salon safety and hygiene quality improvement reporting format, file and company organisation chart so that salon safety and hygiene requirements identified, salon safety and hygiene quality checked, improved and reported in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.

1) Salon safety and hygiene record 2) Salon safety and hygiene quality improvement reporting format 3) Standard Operating Procedure 4) File 5) Company Organisation Chart
