IAMCS Rabbis Conference 2015Group rate for IAMCS Rabbis Conference @ $85 per night (includes self-parking & tax) for single or double occupancy (up to 4 ppl). Children 17 or under stay free. We encourage you to book your room by Friday, December 5th to ensure availability. Be sure to mention that you are with the IAMCS 32nd Annual Leadership Conference to get this special price.

Please make your hotel reservations before booking your flights because hotel space is filling up fast! When making your reservations, please keep in mind that the conference begins Sunday evening at 7:30 PM. (There is NO banquet on Sunday evening. The conference ends after the evening banquet and service on Wednesday.) There are a limited number of rooms available at the $85 rate for Saturday, January 3rd, 2015 and Thursday, January 8th, 2015. Mark Dayan will have your conference information packets beginning at 5 PM on Sunday, January 4th.

Transportation: Call 1-407-828-3035 from the airport for “Town and Country Shuttle Service” after you pick up your luggage. They will arrive within 20 minutes. They operate between the airport and the Rosen Plaza Hotel between 6 AM and 6 PM. The charge for this service is $18 one way and $29 round trip if you pay in advance.

Meals: Your registration fee includes three (3) evening meals on Mon., Tues., & Wed. A continental breakfast is provided in the Hospitality Suite on Mon., Tues., & Wed. For lunches you are on your own. There is room service available and also a 24-hour light snack restaurant located at the hotel. Children 10 years and older must pay $50 for each dinner & those from 5-9 must pay $25 per dinner.
