A. Keep facilities clean and neat. Operate in a safe and efficient manner. Takenecessary fire prevention measures. Do not overload, or permit facilities tointerfere with progress. Do not allow hazardous, uncertainty conditions todevelop or persist on site.

1.05 Submittals

2.02 Toilets
A. Install self contained toilet units of the chemical, aerated recirculation, or
combustion type, properly vented and fully enclosed. Toilets shall be inaccordance with the applicable reference as listed in Section 1.04 ReferenceStandards.
2.03 Drinking Water
A. Provide containerized tap-dispensers bottled-water type drinking water units.
2.04 Project Sign
A. Construct, install and maintain project signs as specified in Section 01580.
2.05 Contractor's Field Office & Accommodation Facilities
A. The Contractor shall provide and maintain a temporary field office,accommodations and support facilities in a location designated by Saudi Aramcofor his own use during the period of construction at which readily accessiblecopies of all contract documents are available. The office shall be located whereit will not interfere with the progress of the work. In charge of this office there shallbe a competent superintendent of the Contractor. The office and allaccommodation facilities shall conform to the applicable Codes listed in Section1.04 Reference Standards.
2.06 Saudi Aramcos Field Offices
A. Scope
Contractor shall provide and maintain during the construction phase, on landprovided by Saudi Aramco, adjacent to schools sites, office facilities includingcatering and all required support services and facilities for Saudi Aramcopersonnel and/or Saudi Aramco designated personnel to a level of qualitygenerally acceptable to the construction industry as determined by the SaudiAramco Representative. PMT Temporary Site Facilities shall be provided priorto commencement of construction until Project Completion andCommissioning. "Contractor Provided Site Facilities" refers to the PMT
Temporary Site Facilities and any other facilities provided by or for Contractor's
use at the WORK Site.
B. PMT Temporary Site Facilities
The PMT Temporary Site Facilities shall consist of:

2. Shaded Parking Area.
Once the Contractor Provided Site Facilities are no longer required under thisContract, and Saudi Aramco has so agreed in writing, Contractor shall removeall such Contractor Provided Site Facilities and restore the land to as-found
condition, unless Saudi Aramco and Contractor have otherwise mutuallyagreed in writing.
C. ServicesContractor shall provide the following services:
1. Contractor shall furnish all offices toilets with the following toiletaccessories: warm air hand dryer, soap dispenser, toilet paper holder,toilet seat cover dispenser paper towel dispenser with waste receptacle,and framed mirror.
2. Contractor shall furnish all offices with marker board, waste paperbasket, in/out trays and other standard desktop equipment.
3. Contractor shall provide the kitchenette of Saudi Aramco offices withcold/hot bottled drinking water facility, refrigerator, coffee machine,microwave oven and kettle.
4. Contractor shall supply complete office stationery to the Saudi Aramcooffices. Stationery shal be supplied, throughout the Contract duration,in sufficient amounts and quantities for the numbers of person required.
This is to include, but not be limited to, paper for photocopiers (withpaper selection of A4/A3 and letter sizes), facsimiles and printers,
writing pads, pens, pencils, in/out trays, staplers, tape, rubber bands,erasers, 2 and 3 hole punchers, files and folders and other accessoriesand supplies for the listed office equipment.
5. Contractor shall be responsible for the completekitchenette furnishing and to provide two (2) office boys (SaudiNational) per office building for servicing and to include the supply ofrefreshment (assorted fruit juice, soft drinks, bottled mineral water, etc.),coffee,Arabic coffee, tea and suger with crockery, zaatar and cheesefatayer, cutlery and heating utensils and any other necessary tools fordrinking and food serving at all time and throughout the Contractduration, in sufficient amounts and quantities for Saudi Aramco required
number of person.
6. Contractor shall be responsible to supply completesanitary requirements for the toilet facilities and to be kept clean andprovided with all necessary toilet paper, towels, cleaning and detergentsagents, refreshing at all time.

7. Contractor shall provide first aid facilities within theoffices, for the first line treatment of Saudi Aramco designatedpersonnel.
D. Site Facilities Plan
As part of the Project Execution Plan, Contractor shall prepare for SaudiAramco review and approval, a comprehensive site facilities plan which detailsall Contractor provided site facilities and the procedures to be used to maintainand administer them. This plan shall address, at a minimum, the following:
Plot plans and building layouts Specific descriptions of furniture and equipment Proposed typical menus Water supply and handling Fire protection Security Medical care and evacuation plan Sanitation Refuse handling Solid waste land fill and construction debris site. (Prior approval is
required by Saudi Aramco).
Contractor will present this plan to Saudi Aramco within fourteen (14) days fromeffective date of the Contract to allow for Saudi Aramco review and forContractor to respond to any comments or recommendations that may bemade by Saudi Aramco.
E. Standard
1. Contractor Provided Site Facilities shall be built and operated consistentwith all Labor and Workmen's Laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia andapplicable Saudi Aramco standards.
2. The facilities shall also be in compliance with Saudi Aramco ContractorCamps Standards, Class I Camps, unless otherwise provided in thisAttachment.
3. Contractor furnished building units shall be manufactured by ATCO,Atlantic, Red Sea, New Fab or equivalent, as approved by SaudiAramco Representative. Units shall be new and shall be suitable for usein the Central Province areas of Saudi Arabia. Units shall meet thefollowing minimum requirements:
a. Welded steel skids or attached running gear.
b. All wall framing mortise and tenon; glued and pinnedconstruction.

Proposals for alternative structures shallinclude manufacturer's name, address, phone and facsimilenumbers, and sufficient product information to enable SaudiAramco to evaluate the suitability of such structures. SaudiAramco may select to accept such alternative structures atSaudi Aramco sole option.
F. Contractor shall provide electrical power, 110 volt, 60 HZ and 220 volts.
60 HZ as needed, communications capabilities and systems for thePMT Temporary Site offices on a 24 hour per day, 7 days a week basis.
G. Contractor shall provide furnished office space for each of the schoolsconstruction site to accommodate Saudi Aramco and/or Saudi Aramcodesignated personnel. The office space provided shall consist of one (1)

management office with an adjacent secretary room, with visitors sittingroom, six (6) single occupancy offices, conference rooms, and an openspace for clerks, copy machines, file cabinets, drawing racks, and otherstorage. The contractor shall provide eight (8) shaded parking spacesfor each office building. Office areas shall be adequately lighted andfreshly painted. Office' sizes, arrangements and furniture quality shall
be to generally accepted international standards and suitable for theintended use as determined by the Saudi Aramco Representative. Alloffice areas shall be lockable and provided with adequate western andeastern restroom facilities, bottled drinking water (hot and cold) and acanteen. Each office shall be fully equipped with a desk, referencetable, telephone, one computer, one (1) swivel desk chair and two guestchairs. Open space shall be equipped with two (2) four drawer filecabinets and computer desk, waste basket and all office supplies.Visitors sitting room shall be equipped with sofas and tables.Conference rooms shall provide comfortable seating for a minimum oftwenty (20) persons at a conference table and shall be equipped withone (1) large dry marker board.
1. Minimum specification of supplied furniture and equipment shall be asfollows:
a. Conference table will be 120 cm x 500 cm.
b. Desk will be 76 cm x 153 cm and supplied with trash basket.
c. Secretary desk 76 cm x 153 cm with typewriter attachment desk.
d. Reference table will be 76 x 153 cm.
e. File cabinets will be lockable four drawer cabinets.
f. Desk chair will be swivel, movable and padded.
g. Voltage stabilizers and uninterruptible power supplies for allpersonal computers used by Saudi Aramco personnel inContractor provided office irrespective of who supplied or ownthe computer, Facsimile Machines and Photocopiers.
2. Contractor shall provide computers and maintenance of computerfacilities in the provided Saudi Aramco temporary site office facilities forSaudi Aramco office facilities.
3. Contractor shall provide the following computer equipment for use bySaudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco designated personnel per officebuilding.
4. Eight (8) personal computers of the latest type available in the marketwith all features and 17 monitor

5. Six (6) Laser Printer that shall be Dell Laser Printer 3000 CN PersonalColor Network Capable Printers, complete with power supply.
6. Two (2) Laser Printer that shall be Dell Laser 5100 Color NetworkPrinter with duplexer, complete with power supply.
7. One (1) Facsimile Machine shall be RICOH 2050L, equivalent or better,supplied with all consumable materials and maintenance. The facsimilemachine shall be located in a lockable room.
8. One (1) Photocopier shall be RICOH high capacity Copier withautomatic document feed and multiple copy sorter, equivalent, or better,supplied with all paper, consumable material and maintenance.
9. One (1) PC connected Scanner that shall be Visioneer 9650 USBScanner, ADF, 12 PPM, 600 x 1200 DPI, or equivalent, complete withpower supply and operating software.
10. Contractor shall supply, install and maintain throughout the Contractduration the identified computer system requirements with DELL laserprinter, facsimile machine and photocopier, supplies and accessories toinclude, but not be limited to, duplex printing papers, toner kits as perthe quantities provided below at the Saudi Aramco office facilities only.
2.07 Fire and Safety Standards
A. Fire-fighting equipment shall be in accordance with SAES-B-017. Providepressurized 2-1/2 U.S. gallon water extinguishers for ordinary combustibles. Afixed fire protection shall be provided for kitchen hood.
B. Fire Detection: Provide fire alarm system according to IBC 907.2.10.3.
2.08 Health and Sanitation Standards
A. Refer to Schedule "D" of the Contract Schedules for requirements pertaining tohousing facilities, dining and food handling facilities, and waste management.
2.09 Medical Facilities
A. Refer to Schedule "D" of the Contract Schedules.
2.10 Temporary Electricity, Lighting and Communications
A. The Contractor shall provide, supply, install and maintain service required forpower, lighting and communications.
B. Provide adequate artificial lighting for all areas of work when natural light is notadequate for work and for areas accessible to the public.

C. Lighting and power of the Contractor Camp, accommodation and SaudiAramco offices shall conform to the applicable Standards listed in Section 1.04Reference Standards and all Saudi Aramco Standards under P index.
2.11 Non-Electric Utilities
A. All non-electric utilities supply, installation, testing, flushing anddisinfection shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be inaccordance with the applicable references listed in Section 1.04 ReferenceStandards.
PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.01 Operation
A. Enforce strict discipline in use of temporary facilities. Limit availability to intended
use to minimize abuse. Maintain facilities in good operating condition untilremoval.
3.02 Termination and Removal
A. Coordinate with Saudi Aramco to remove each temporary facility when the needhas ended. Temporary facilities are the property of the Contractor.
3.03 Project Identification and Temporary Signs
A. Prepare project identification signs as specified in section 01580 and install whereindicated. Prepare signs to provide directional information to construction
personnel and visitors. The signs shall be erected in locations as directed bySaudi Aramco Representative.
3.04 Environmental Protection
A. Operate temporary facilities and conduct construction by methods that complywith environmental regulations to minimize the possibility that air and subsoilmight be contaminated or polluted.
