Speakers Profile

Yashavant Kanetkar

Yashavant is a pioneer in IT Education in India. A true entrepreneur, he has single-handedly set benchmarks for IT education and has played a major role in taking IT learning to every nook and corner of this country. He has authored several bestsellers over last 15 years and helped shape careers of millions of programmers throughout Asia. Most recently, he has created several interactive training titles for KSETs flagship Quest Content Delivery Platform which have become a stellar success. In recognition of his immense contribution to IT education in India, he has been most recently awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Kanpur and "Best .NET Technical Contributor" and "Most Valuable Professional" awards by Microsoft. His current passion is Internet Technologies, Device Drivers and Embedded Systems. Yashavant holds a B.E. from VJTI Mumbai and an M. Tech. from IIT Kanpur.

Asang Dani

Having worked with product development companies like Brocade, Microsoft, Veritas, Dow Jones, etc., Asang left USA a few years ago to create a product company of his own. Together with Yashavant he has created several products under the aegis of KSET. These products have become immensely successful in the marketplace with clientele around the world. Asang has authored more than 12 books, 19 Quest titles and 2 eBooks. He has also developed solutions in for Avionics, Real-time Systems and Embedded Linux. Asangs current areas of interest include .NET Technologies, Windows CE, Device Drivers and Embedded Linux. Asang is most recently noted for his significant contributions in Windows CE by Most Valuable Professional award from Microsoft. Asang holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur and ME in Computer Science from IISc Bangalore.

Stage Arrangement Since this is a unique seminar in which both speakers speak simultaneously, the arrangement on stage is very important. Please make doubly sure that the arrangements on the stage are done as shown in the figure below.

If you expect more than 500 participants increase the screen size suitably so that the person in the last row is also able to see the characters on the screen. We use "Calibri" font with 24 Point size for most of our presentations. So you can create a Power Point presentation with this font and test whether it is visible from the last row.


Certification If you wish you can give a participation certificate to all attendees. The speakers would be willing to sign them if required. A sample certificate is shown below. We can send you the complete artwork of the certificate in Corel Draw file. You can then edit it suitably by replacing the image of the building with your Institute's building and replacing the name and address with your Institute's name and address.
